A beautiful off-dry Gewürz from this historic family winery, whose 130ha – including 70ha of grand cru vineyards – is the largest landowner in Alsace. Searingly fresh acidity cuts through the generous weight of ginger, lychees and rose creams. Complex, serious and long.
