A distinct varietal nose of lychee, rose perfume and thyme plus a pinch of minty herbs, the Alsace Gewurztraminer is off-dry (11.7g/l of sugar) on the palate, with some acidity to refresh. White peach, Turkish delight and bitter orange peel on the palate, finishes with a touch of spiciness. A great pairing partner to Asian-spiced dishes.
