Magnums always have a ‘wow’ factor, and what's inside here will ensure that opening it isn't an anticlimax. Angludet is a cru bourgeois estate in Margaux with a history that stretches back centuries. In 1961, after years of neglect, it was purchased by the Sichel family, who still own it today. This blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 12% Petit Verdot is sure to be a hit with claret lovers looking for a classical Left Bank choice, with plenty of primary fruit, but also some evolution. Plenty of black fruit, with some boot polish and savoury notes. A real treat.
