Elegant, finessed, soft citrus and elderflower. It lacks some concentration through the mid-palate, however. 100% Sauvignon Blanc vinified and aged in oak.

Made by winemaker Jacques Lurton, this classy Bordeaux white is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, and proves that this grape variety can age. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (35% new), it's smoky with crisp tangy fruit, a lemon curd zip to it, and a good weight in the mouth. Elegant and food-friendly.
