Available from 13 April, this fresh and mineral Beaujolais Blanc is made by maverick winemaker Jean-Paul Brun, who has put Domaines Terres Dorées on the map. After malolactic fermentation, the Chardonnay ages for eight months in a mix of stainless steel and concrete. The fruit comes from 30-year-old vines planted on limestone soils and here produces a wine with lovely purity of flavour, ripe and chewy stone fruit, with a mineral streak.
