This half-bottle is bound to fly off the shelves over the summer - the perfect size for a picnic for two. It's made by Alexandre Bonnet from vineyards around Le Riceys, which is renowned for the quality of its rosé wines. Only the first pressing was used, with 10% skin contact. The wine spent two years on lees in bottle before disgorgement, when a 9g/L dosage was added. Fresh and fragrant, with creamy red cherry and wild strawberry fruit, it would be a great match for smoked salmon canapés or sushi.
