Savennières is one of the classic wine styles of the Loire, an expression of Chenin Blanc that in the best examples has a marked sense of place, and an often mineral complexity. Family-owned Domaine des Deux Vallées owns more than 40ha of Chenin Blanc, including parcels in both Savennières and Chaume.
