Château la Canorgue, Luberon, Rhône, France 2021

The vines for this blend of Rhône white grapes are grown at altitude on the Montagne du Luberon. 2021 was a cooler vintage, too, so both factors lend this a leafy freshness and crisp acidity. Unoaked, it spends four months on fine lees before bottling. Juicy stone fruit, and a sprinkling of herbs. Delightful.
