A classic expression of Crozes-Hermitage, at a great price, this is new to the Definition line-up. Made with fruit sourced from 100 different parcels across 120 hectares in the appellation, the wine is darkly coloured in the glass, the colour hinting at the earthy, brooding profile, dark red fruit flavours, and bouquet garni savouriness. Fermented and aged in concrete, there's a lovely purity here, and a chewy, satisfying mouthfeel. More stock due in mid- to late June. Mix-six price: £15
