This dark, Grenache-led rosé from Tavel is a consistently good buy, bone-dry but with pronounced, firm red berry and red cherry flavour, and a hint of orange citrus. It's a food-friendly wine that would be a great pairing for a tuna niçoise salad, or a platter of Middle Eastern mezze.
