The wow wine in the Winter Tour range, this sweet wine from southwest France is a hardy perennial in Lidl's Christmas line-up. You can see why its popularity endures – gorgeous aromas, exuberant, with ripe, late-harvest quince fruit, but remains fresh thanks to the acidity. It's two-thirds Gros Manseng, with Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu, a blend that works incredibly well in the sweet style. Try it with blue cheese or Wensleydale.
