Bottled under screwcap, this 100% dry Furmint from Tokaji is sourced from five separate vineyard plots and ages in a mix of stainless steel tanks and used 300-litre oak barrels. It's dripping with ripe orchard fruits – apples and pears – full and fruit-forward, and the oak influence is unobtrusive. Full of character, a perfect autumnal white with real depth of flavour – try it with roast pork or chicken in a creamy sauce.
