This dry Tokaji is made not from Furmint – the grape most commonly used in the region's white wines – but from Harslevelu. This gives a less aromatic and less fruit forward style than the other (Furmint) Tokaji in the Spring Wine Tour. Here you'll find a nuttier, more savoury expression with notes of hay and linden flowers. Some green apple freshness, good structure, and a salivating acidity. Would make a good pairing for paprika chicken.
