A succulent, vibrant wine whose bramble and black cherry juiciness is intense but not heavy, inviting another sip. It is unashamedly fruit-forward, but supple, smoky tannins and lively acidity give it focus. The estate's organic 2021 Vinosophia Pecorino (from the same retailers) is also excellent.
