Campania's Greco di Tufo DOCG produces what is arguably the region's most prestigious white wine. It grows on volcanic soils at altitude, enabling the grapes to ripen without losing vital acidity and lending a distinct minerality to the wines. Feudi di San Gregorio has become a standard bearer in the region, and is behind this rich and aromatic example, which is bursting with peachy, spicy stone fruit. It has structure, weight and texture from eight months' ageing on lees, and would make a great match for grilled sea bass.
