<p>This is a small, historical winery to follow. The young winemaker is the pupil of Edi Keber, and the fruit comes from the vineyards of Collio Goriziano focused on Pradis where Ribolla Gialla is replaced by Friulano and Malvasia Istriana - which is the blend of this Collio bianco fermented in oak and concrete tanks. Flinty on the nose with a core of apricot fruit, it develops a full bodied palate with a vibrant, super-fresh finish, leaving a taste of lemon oil on the palate. Great elegance and tension.</p>
