These hand-harvested 30-year-old vines have produced an intense and fresh white that is ideal for drinking on its own as well as with food. Crisp, lemony citrus fruit, tangy green apple and a hint of spice on the palate, with a lovely wave of acidity following closely behind. Part of the Waitrose 10 at £10 pre-Christmas promotion, this will be on offer at £10, from 1st to 14th December 2021.
