A shamelessly opulent blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo made using partly dried grapes, which concentrates the aromas and flavours – as well as sugars and alcohol. It remains well balanced, however, thanks to bold flavours of dried figs, raisins, prunes and spicy liquorice notes. A perfect wine for ragù or barbecued sausages.
