Mulberry, red cherry and dark plum with floral perfume on the nose and palate. Juicy, off-dry (10.5g/l sugar) with bright acidity (6.5g/l) to refresh the ripe dark fruit flavours. Great purity; the soft-textured tannins make it a perfect pairing partner for soy sauce-seasoned, red braised Asian meat dishes.
