New on the shelves at Waitrose, this Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Merlot is quite a serious style of rosé. An attractive pale rose gold in the glass, it's pretty on the nose, citrussy, floral and juicy to taste, with red berry fruit, and good acidity. Delicious as an aperitif, but also a gastronomic style.
