Recognisably different in style to your typical Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, this single-vineyard wine from Hawkes Bay is a smokier, herbier and grassier expression, with subtle but not pungent gooseberry fruit. A good option if you like a bit more weight and less 'shoutiness' from your Sauvignon.
