This delicious, biodynamically produced passito wine comes from 60-year-old Ribolla vines in Goriska Brda, on the Slovenian border with Italy. Made by talented winemaker Marjan Simcic, the wine is produced from grapes that have been dried for seven months before being fermented and then aged in old oak for five years. It shows concentrated peach and apricot fruit flavours, with some citrus and a hint of tobacco and vanilla. Incredible purity and energy.
