Boekenhoutskloof's winemaker Marc Kent is famous for his Syrah wines – his Syrah, The Chocolate Block, has been a Majestic staple for years – but this red blend show's he's no one-trick pony. Cabernet Sauvignon with just a dash of Cinsault and Syrah, this has been aged in French oak (30% new) for 14-16 months.
