This cool-climate South African Sauvignon Blanc is made by talented winemaking duo Duncan Savage and Thys Louw. It offers great bang for your buck, and would make a great party wine. Grapes are sourced from coastal vineyards, and blended with grapes from the warmer Paardeberg region for an added tropical dimension. The dominant character though is fresh and grassy, with hints of grapefruit and a herby, green peppery finish. Well crafted, and would have wide appeal.
