Emilio Lustau, Irresistible PX, Jerez, Spain NV

Co-op's first own-label PX is made by Lustau, aged for up to 12 years in an American oak solera system. A little goes a long way with PX, as it's so intense that you'll only need a small glass. Mahogany in colour, it's a treacly, mouthcoating delight with raisiny, grapey fruit flavours. Perfect for this time of year!
