Lieu Dit is a partnership between Justin Willett, owner of Tyler Winery in Sta Rita Hills, and sommelier/restauranter Eric Railsback, both of whom share a passion for Loire grape varieties. Made using native yeasts and whole clusters, this is perfumed and elegant, with fresh, juicy black fruit, herbs and a twist of pepperiness.
