History:

The ‘castle’ of Château de Malle has historical monument status, and is also famed for its Italian style gardens. The estate has remained in the hands of the same family for over five hundred years, but suffered in 1956, when it was reduced in size and entirely replanted after the devastating frost of that year. Responsible for the spectacular restructuring was Pierre de Bournazel, whose widow continues with her sons to run the estate today.
