Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon 1987: Drink now
A variable but generally good vintage
3/5
Weather Conditions
After a cool spring, the growing season moved along smoothly and turned out to be somewhat warmer than average. September was usually warm, with a few heat waves. However, the harvest was uneventful, and the crop size was average.
The Cabernets showed well in their youth with ripe varietal character and plenty of depth.
