Albert Roux lines up for London charity dinner

Four top chefs are each designing a course for a dinner in aid of the The Benevolent and The Academy of Culinary Arts.
The dinner, at Vintners’ Hall in London, will see renowned chefs Albert Roux, Brian Turner, Benoit Blin and John Williams combining their skills in aid of the drinks industry charity.
The courses are designed to match wines including Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, and Guigal Côte-Rôtie Châtaeu D’Ampuis 2004.
The dinner takes place on Tuesday 20 April at 7pm.
