DWWA winners tasting debuts at The Sampler

Visitors to London merchant The Sampler will have the chance to taste Decanter World Wine Award winners from this evening.

From now until Christmas Eve, The Sampler, which picked up the 2010 Decanter Readers’ Award for Best Small Wine Merchant, is showcasing Gold medal and Trophy winners as part of a tasting to celebrate winners of the 2010 Decanter World Wine Awards.

Following the success of its Islington store, The Sampler recently opened a second shop in South Kensington. Visitors to either shop can purchase a card to use in the enomatic machines to taste a selection of the top wines.

The tasting is part of UK leg of the DWWA 2010 global tastings showcase, which includes tastings in Argentina, Australia, Canada and China.

All the showcased wines will be available for purchase by the bottle or the case.
