This Leyda Sauvignon Blanc underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then aged for 10 months in French and American oak. So as well as the tangy, cool-climate, crunchy varietal fruit, there's added complexity and texture from the winemaking. Lemon citrus, elderflower and passion fruit, juicy and pure, and full of flavour.
