Michelle Tchea is by education a physical chemist and biomedical scientist, which led her into the world of research and development in food and drinks. Working primarily with luxury hoteliers and fine-dining chefs to improve operational systems for better customer services, she is also a freelance writer on gastronomy and travel for publications including, Time Magazine, Robb Report, Travel and Leisure and Bon Appetit.
