Pascaline Lepeltier is a Master Sommelier who is partner and beverage director at Chambers restaurant in New York City. In 2018, she won the Union de la Sommellerie Française Best Sommelier of France title, and became the first woman ever to win the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France award in Sommellerie. Her and her first solo book, One Thousand Vines: A New Way to Understand Wine, was published in 2024. She has been based in New York since 2009, but grew up in the Loire, turning from an academic path in philosophy to wine.
