Creating a Burgundy cellar: further reading
Making Sense of Burgundy, by Matt Kramer (1993). Showing its age, but still a sound and breezily written primer.
Burgundy by Anthony Hanson MW (1995). Long, detailed and thoughtful, though a new edition would be welcome.
The Wines of Burgundy by Clive Coates MW (2008). Detailed and authoritative.
Inside Burgundy by Jasper Morris MW (2010). The best account of Burgundy’s vineyards.
The Great Domaines of Burgundy by Remington Norman and Charles Taylor MW (2010). A touch formulaic and uncritical, but a reliable guide.
Burghound.com by Allen Meadows. Specialised website by a passionate and knowledgeable collector.
