Based in Carcassonne in southern France, wines are souced from across the Mediterranean coast where growers are encouraged to use modern vinification techniques. This wine offers ripe juicy plum and black fruit aromas with some cherry notes. A spicy palate features both red and black fruits with some creaminess at the end.
