This project started with four student winemakers out to prove that they could challenge their professor by making a successful sparkling red wine. Today Alma4 has matured into one of Mendoza’s best boutique bubbly brands, and this Chardonnay is delightfully rich and biscuity. A smart sparkling with comforting notes of apple pie.
