‘I think this is my best wine,’ says Daniel Pi regarding this red which combines 65% Malbec with 30% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from a vineyard set at 4100 feet above sea level in Gualtallary, Uco Valley. The precise, refined nose offers blackcurrant, graphite, gunpowder, bouquet garni, Earl Grey and cedar.  In the mouth it’s dry and free-flowing, full-body and juicy tannins, complex and sappy finish.
