An elegant, complex wine with a vivid ruby-red hue. The nose offers ripe red fruit, spice, herbs and dried flowers over a bed of toasted and nutty notes. On the palate, it’s intense with a full body and good character. The smooth, gentle tannins have grown even more polished over time while the finish is long and refined. Intense and flavourful. Caro 2012 is 75% Malbec and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from Luján de Cuyo and the cooler areas of the Uco Valley. Aged in French barrels.
