Natural Cork

Using grapes from high altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, Jorge Cabeza and José Galante made this 2018 assemblage with 66% Malbec (co-fermented with 4% Petit Verdot), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot. Aged for 16 months in barrels, it has a rich, perfumed nose of cherries blackberries and redcurrant, refreshing herbal notes and spices. On the palate it is chewy, balanced with refined tannins and a smooth finish.
