Gaucho Walter Scibilia was the first to plant vines at these extraordinary heights on his estancia in San Pablo, at 1,700 metres above sea level. As he and Sebastián Zuccardi became close friends through countless adventures on horseback in the Andes, the two families eventually decided to make wine together. Wildly perfumed, taut and bright, it tastes of the mountain brush that surrounds the vineyard, with notes of rosehip, jarilla and wild herbs.
