The grapes for this Malbec made by Thibaut Delmotte were grown at 3,100m in Payogasta, which accounts for its extreme, exotic character. The wine was aged 24 months in oak to tame its natural vigour. Sharp acidity provides balance, while the complex nose delivers cherry, ripe plum, Greek olives, lavender, thyme and sage. It’s opulent with vivid freshness and polished tannins, making for a truly pleasurable experience.
