This cool-climate combination brings fragrance and a soft-textured palate mingling raspberry and cherry flavours with a note of fresh mint. It's a juicy, textured red that’s delicately framed by a light veneer of vanilla oak and a gentle grip of subtle tannins, etched with the requisite acidity for a balanced, albeit deceptively powerful, thoroughly drinkable style. Pair with guinea fowl or duck.
