Named for winery co-founder Lorraine Ashmead, this Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot blend is sourced from the Nuriootpa vineyard, planted between 1894 and 2017. It's big but beautifully balanced, with fine tannins, it's a riot of spicy black fruit – cassis and black cherry – plus notes of plum, sour cherry, bay leaf and clove. From a very good vintage, it's drinking nicely now, but will improve with age.
