The Juxtaposed label is a joint venture between McLaren Vale viticulturist Peter Bolte and Canadian winemaker Wes Pearson, also a senior sensory scientist at the Australian Wine Research Institute. This Fiano is fermented in a combination of barrel and tank then blended and held on the lees at 0°C for four months. 

It's a fleshy wine with succulent acidity, offering depth without being heavy. There's a slightly smoky, flinty element along with plenty of lemony freshness.
