A blend of 59% Pinot Noir and 41% Chardonnay from a vineyard planted in the early 1980s. Extended lees ageing - four years. Subtle and intriguing aromas of crystalised yellow fruits, pineapple, cashew, brioche, hay, buttered toast and delicate hints of sweet spices. Dry and harmonious, with an attractive creamy texture, plus wonderful buttery and savoury complexity. This is a serious sparkling wine with a lively and long finish.
