Built for the long haul, RunRig is made exclusively from old vineyards and heritage clones. ‘I’m trying to create something full-bodied, powerful and textural, but still light on its feet,’ says winemaker Ian Hongell. He's undoubtedly succeeded, with this elegantly brooding beauty; layered with luxurious blackcurrant, sweet black cherry, liquorice, spices and plum; floral, smoky and mineral notes; all wrapped in seamless tannins. Pure class.
