A new project in the Clare Valley by Colin and Jen of Some Young Punks. Hand picked fruit undergoes a long maceration and is matured in neutral oak. The resulting wine has a fresh violet nose, while in the mouth there is a lovely grainy dark chocolate texture with vibrant strawberry, cherry, plum and cocoa notes. Despite its richness and weight, this remains an elegantly structured wine.
