Fragrant cassis nose, with Parma violets, fresh thyme and dried oregano. Ripe and generous palate of rich black berries and juicy black cherries, already showing some evolution with earthy autumnal undergrowth notes and savoury charcuterie, plus hints of dark mint chocolate. Soft, supple tannins and nice balancing freshness. Aged for 18 months in French oak (33% new).
