Zerella's flagship wine hails from 15-year-old vines grown at just 44 metres above sea level. The fruit is hand-harvested and the wine is aged for two years in French hogsheads, 30% new, followed by a further year in the bottle. 

Upfront eucalyptus wraps around cherries and plums, and while this may not have the greatest precision, it's tasty, smooth and lingering, with notes of sweet dried herbs and vanilla.
