The nose captivates with toasted lemon tart, roast lemon, pith, pastry shell and buttery pasty sweetness underpinned by a crystalline fruit purity. The palate weaves together finely textured layers of juicy lemon flesh, lime blossom, kaffir lime leaf, and crushed granite. An energetic dance of a wine, twirling between fruit and minerality, with supporting notes of dried florals, cumin, curry leaf, and grilled blood orange. The finish is a long embrace, evolving through quartz-like minerality to subtle hints of fresh coconut flesh and toasted sourdough. A bright and vibrant wine layered with waves of complexity that lap over pristine fruit purity at its core.
